The sales are up 13 percent but still has the 2013 design.
5. 2014 Ram 1500
Ram is making major progress because there sales are up to 22.9 percent due to the new styling, advanced technology head to toe, and better gas mileage. Everybody likes the red trucks!
6. 2014 Honda Civic
This is another America's best selling small car. Honda Civic sales are up somewhat to 10.3 percent for the year.
7. 2014 Nissan Altima
This is mid-sizer here. Nissan's Altima is always on top of the market. They are very competitive too, i like them! It also looks redesigned too!
8. 2014 Toyota Corolla
This is compact that got a makeover for 2014. This car looks nice and comfortable. The sales are up 5.6 percent for the year.
9. 2014 Honda CR-V
This is one hot compact crossover here, man! It is fighting its contenders like the redesigned Ford Escape.
10. 2014 Ford Escape
Ford has the new redesigned Escape here. It has the sales up 14.2 percent so far. The Honda CR-V has some competition now!
